About the artwork:

Titled “Unbroken Jane” (“Unbroken Chain”), the painting invites the audience to explore the concept of the unbroken chain of life events. Every living being is part of an unbroken chain of events, forming a continuous sequence that traces directly back to the origin of life.
The artwork serves as a mataphor for the Bitcoin blockchain, where each transaction and block form an unbroken chain of verifyable events, tracing back to the Genesis block, just as every life event connects in an unbroken sequences to the origin of life.
The artwork also serves as a metaphor for the importance of owning a personal Bitcoin private key. This knowledge represents a step in human evolution—a voluntary leap into the rabbit hole that one can choose to embrace with an unbroken mind and an awareness of the moment they live in or disregard, breaking the continuity of understanding.
The position of cosmic infinity and personal choice creates a thought-provoking narrative about connection,awareness and the potential for taking part in the ever-growing chain of truth and self-sovereignty.

About the artist:
Lady Block Jane a.k.a. Lady Time Jane, is an independent Tattoo- and Bitcoinartist from Switzerland. Yena’s art is an invitation to embark on a journey to Bitcoin. Through various forms such as acrylic paintings on canvas, 3D objects, tattoos (both permanent and temporary), graffiti art, murals, interior decoration, Bitcoin-office design and renovation, she aims to bring the innovation and fundamentals of Bitcoin into people’s daily lives.
Her work not only expresses the technical aspects of bitcoin but also emphasizes its core values of freedom, self-custody, and sovereignty. Yena believes that physical Bitcoin art can be a powerful tool to inspire and educate individuals about the potential of decentralized peer-to-peer systems and empower them to take control of their own (financial) future. Yena shares her designs in creative collaboration with other bitcoin artists and projects.
