About the artwork:
As I wandered through the deserted streets of the city, I came across a man, out of nowhere, who looked as if he came from another time. His coat shimmered in a warm shade of orange, and his face radiated a strange calm.
He reached out his hand, in which a glowing cube floated, seemingly composed of a fascinating invisible energy that immediately captivated me. The man did not speak a word, but his eyes told a story deeper than words. At that moment, I began to understand the core values of Bitcoin.
The cube in his hand symbolized a block, the foundation of the Bitcoin network. It was a symbol of decentralization, transparency, and freedom. The man invited me to accept this knowledge that had previously been hidden from me.
Behind him rose two tall, gray buildings whose tops disappeared into the clouds. The smoke and futuristic surroundings created an atmosphere of uncertainty and change. A modern car drove silently through the fog, underscoring the feeling that the future had already begun.
I realized that this man, who appeared like a silent guardian of the future, was opening the door to a new world for me. A world where trust was no longer dependent on central institutions but secured by a global network of users. Bitcoin was more than just a currency; it was a promise for a better, fairer future.
As I gazed at the cube, I felt a mixture of awe and curiosity. The invitation was clear: dive into this new world and discover the life-changing knowledge that had previously seemed hidden to you.

About the artist:
Lady Block Jane a.k.a. Lady Time Jane, is an independent Tattoo- and Bitcoinartist from Switzerland. Yena’s art is an invitation to embark on a journey to Bitcoin. Through various forms such as acrylic paintings on canvas, 3D objects, tattoos (both permanent and temporary), graffiti art, murals, interior decoration, Bitcoin-office design and renovation, she aims to bring the innovation and fundamentals of Bitcoin into people’s daily lives.
Her work not only expresses the technical aspects of bitcoin but also emphasizes its core values of freedom, self-custody, and sovereignty. Yena believes that physical Bitcoin art can be a powerful tool to inspire and educate individuals about the potential of decentralized peer-to-peer systems and empower them to take control of their own (financial) future. Yena shares her designs in creative collaboration with other bitcoin artists and projects.
